Siobhán O’Donnell is the Founder and CEO of New Talent Fashion and has 18 years of experience working within the fashion industry. She is a qualified tailor and seamstress and has designed, launched and sold two small fashion labels. Alongside this, Siobhán also works as a freelance writer for a number of fashion platforms in the UK. She is extremely knowledgeable in starting and running successful businesses and is a highly driven individual with a great passion for change.

In 2009, Siobhán attended Brighton University to study biomedical sciences, where she founded and successfully ran the university’s first ever fashion society for 3 years. It was here that she launched her first fashion business and put on a series of fashion catwalk events to sell out audiences. Upon graduating, Siobhán interned at Paul Smith, managing media and operations for a large team. After re-locating to London, she took her first steps into international fashion and worked for a Dubai-based fashion label, supporting
the launch of a new brand within the UK luxury market.

Siobhán subsequently worked in Head Office Management in high street stores before going into the luxury market at Operation Management level. After spending many years in marketing, operations and area manager positions, she then worked self-employed as a fashion business consultant both within the UK and internationally, launching and assisting a number of fashion brands. Siobhán has also worked as Operations Manager for a TV presenter , helping launch her fashion label whilst also tutoring fashion and business college students and young entrepreneurs.

In 2015, Siobhán studied Art, Design and Media Introduction to Fashion at Chelsea and Kensington College. Whilst studying, she gained her status as a qualified tailor and designer,  manufacturing garments at a UK-based factory that supplied ASOS, Harrods and M&S. She then went on to run a successful business, launching her fashion line at the Bloomsbury Ballroom. Following this, Siobhán worked at a number of editorial houses doing freelance writing and it was here, that she first developed the idea of New Talent Fashion.

Siobhán is a practising philanthropist.

I believe the true key to success is when opportunity meets preparation. So you be prepared, leave the opportunity to us.
